Welcome to TodAI. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our mobile app, quizzes, and related learning services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, downloading, accessing, or using the TodAI mobile application or web platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the app.
2. User Accounts
To access certain features of the app, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for: providing accurate and up-to-date information, maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and all activities that occur under your account. You are responsible for keeping your account information secure and notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Use of the Application
The app is designed to help users improve their focus, concentration, active listening, and memory skills through interactive listening exercises and quizzes. By using the app, you agree to: use the application only for lawful purposes, not misuse or attempt to interfere with the app's functionality, not copy, distribute, or modify any content without permission, and respect the intellectual property rights associated with the application.
4. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, exercises, quiz content, software, graphics, and interface layouts in TodAI are the intellectual property of TodAI and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
5. Account Termination & Deletion
You retain complete control over your account and data. In accordance with Apple App Store policies and Google Play guidelines, you may initiate account deletion at any time in-app via Profile > Delete Account or submit a written request to todaiapp.com@gmail.com. Upon deletion, your access to all app features, saved data, and learning progress is permanently terminated.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
TodAI is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis without warranties of any kind. In no event shall TodAI or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
